Instructions for E-Poster Presentations

Please note the following information for the preparation of your e-poster.

Only the accepted abstracts of fully registered and paid presenters will be included in the final Conference program.

E-POSTER PREPARATION

The e-poster layout can be either PORTRAIT or LANDSCAPE.

E-POSTER FORMAT: PDF up to 5 MB
Allocate the top of the e-poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract – as illustrated below.

E-Posters will be on display for the duration of the Conference and will be available for viewing for a period of two months after the Conference for the convenience of our delegates.

  • All registered delegates will receive an invitation with personal link to set their profile and enter the virtual Conference platform. Your personal link will only be valid until the end of the Conference.
  • Registered delegates: If you missed the broadcast date you can watch all the presentations, symposiums and Q&A’s on the VOD page of the virtual platform. You can re-set your password if you do not recall it.
